Aniplex has revealed the second promotional video and a new key visual for the Silent Witch: Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto (Silent Witch) TV anime. The promotional video confirms that the anime will premiere on July 4th, 2025.

Iwamoto Yasuo is directing the anime at Studio Gokumi, and Kanasaki Takaomi is acting as chief director. The anime will star:

The anime is an adaptation of the light novel series Silent Witch: Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto (Silent Witch) by Isora Matsuri and Fujimi Nanna. Isora started the story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in February 2020, and Kadokawa published the first novel with illustrations by Fujimi (Tefuda ga Oume no Victoria) in June 2021 and the ninth novel in February 2025.
Tana Tobi adapted the novel series into a manga in July 2021 in Kadokawa’s B’s-LOG COMIC, and Kadokawa published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in April 2022 and the fifth volume in January 2025.
Yen Press publishes both the novel series and manga in English under the title Secrets of the Silent Witch. Yen Press will release the sixth novel on May 20th, 2025, and it will release the manga’s fourth volume on July 22nd, 2025. It describes the story below:
Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, is the world’s only practitioner of Voiceless Magic, a veritable heroine who single-handedly fended off the Black Dragon of legend. However, the young prodigy is actually…super-duper shy! Yup, turns out she only learned Voiceless Magic to avoid speaking in public.
